G-G is a leading global diversified professional services company, specializing in commercial real estate services, Crypto Mining and investment management since 2021, our experienced leadership – with substantial inside ownership – has consistently delivered approximately 20% compound annual investment returns for shareholders.
Grabek-Global is one of the fast-growing private landholders Globally. Our job as stewards of these assets is to maximize the value of every acre. To do this, we continually assess the value of the trees growing on the land, the natural resources located beneath the surface and the long-term potential use of the land itself. Some of our lands are determined to have more value to other owners and are available for purchase through a network of local, independent real estate brokers.
Environment, Social, Governance (ESG) is the blueprint to doing what's right - one of our core values. Our ESG strategy, Elevate the Built Environment, includes measurable targets and ensures that ESG remains at the forefront of how we do business.
As one of the fast-growing private landowners Globally, we have a long history of managing our forestland sustainably and in accordance with certification standards. We provide that same level of commitment to customers seeking mineral rights for construction and other markets.
Our recent projects include industrial minerals, metals and more. We also provide opportunities for construction aggregates.
(Aggregates like crushed granite, limestone, basalt and sand and gravel are used in the construction of everything from homes and roadways to schools and hospitals. These basic building materials are essential to modern society and, as one of the world’s Fast Growing private landowners, we make these resources available for development as part of our day-to-day business. We work independently and with industry partners to explore, evaluate and lease a variety of mineral commodities – including construction materials – on our 10.5 million acres in the United States. These non-timber resource opportunities are diverse and include materials used for residential, commercial and infrastructure development, as well as a variety of industrial, chemical, energy and environmental applications)
We actively seek experienced and reliable operators to explore and develop our lands. We select partners based on technical expertise, operational track record, financial stability, environmental record and exploration vision. From individual tracts to large regional programs, we’ve recently entered into several mineral agreements including leases, exploration permits, joint ventures and joint operating agreements. Our minerals experts remain active throughout the project lifecycle, from exploration to development.
Across our 11-million-acre timberland portfolio in the United States and 2-million- acre in Luxembourg, Grabek-Global leases a small percentage of our subsurface rights for hydrocarbon production. Nearly all this production is for natural gas and comes from a footprint of only 20,000 acres within the Haynesville Shale Basin in North Louisiana and 3000 acres in Bowland–Hodder area in north-west England. The Haynesville Shale has become a significant source for Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) exports that are transported across the globe and assist in providing energy security for many countries.
For all-natural gas and oil projects, G-G functions as a royalty owner and does not participate in or control the development or production of wells but rather executes long-term leases with responsible third-party companies. Royalty income from these leases amounts to around 1 percent of Grabek-Global’s total annual revenue.
Our leases require compliance with national, state and local rules and regulations, and our teams conduct regular financial, insurance and environmental audits to ensure all operating partners meet or exceed those standards.
Our team of professionals has experience in land negotiation, geology, geophysics, prospect generation, GIS applications, accounting, data management and more. Our aim is to create beneficial lease operating rights with qualified companies to develop projects on our land in a sustainable manner.
In addition to providing royalties, Grabek’s ownership of subsurface rights facilitates the development of alternative surface opportunities including wetland mitigation, conservation, renewable energy and carbon capture & sequestration.

As stewards of the land, we work closely with our lessees throughout the permitting process to help with regulatory approval and project development. Given the geographic diversity of our lands, we can also assist with wetland mitigation, wildlife habitat enhancement and reclamation planning.
